Yin Yoga

Release physical and mental tension and stress as you breathe into relaxation. In the rest and stillness of the pose be present to yourself ~ Body, Mind and Spirit. The course includes 3, plus an extra bonus, guided one hour Yin Yoga classes that correspond the to theme of the week as you move towards creating sacred space within.

Guided Meditations & Visualizations

Mindful meditation shifts you into that peaceful space where the busyness of the day can slip away, all of your roles in life are put on hold and you have opportunity to make connection with your authentic self. There is a Guided Meditation or Creative Visualization, plus extra bonus prompts, that flow with the theme of each week as you empower your sacred space within.

Journaling Prompts

There are no right or wrong answers, just opportunity to redefine what Sacred means to you and where you will allow yourself to embrace that peace within. The prompts are offered to trigger inspiring thoughts that are outside the box, and still in the realm of possibilities. There are 3 (one for each week) plus bonus sections of Journaling prompts as you gradually travel this journey.
