Not enough attention is given to how beneficial it is when you allow your body to rest. Your autonomic nervous system has space to function optimally for things like digestion, blood pressure, pain control and healing. Add focused breathing and supported postures to increase circulation of lymph, blood, endorphins, digestive juices, etc. and your body will sing!

During this Restorative Yoga Class you will
Move slowly and engage in very gentle poses - the focus here is to fully relax
Move through poses that open up space for organs to digest and muscles to release
Be so comfortable that you could fall asleep in any of the poses
